Question : Have arthritis. Am 67 year old male. Blood pressure 140 over 90. Leg pain and groin pain. Need knee replacement. Tired all the time. Occasional shortness of breath and light headed.
Brief Answer:
Visit a rheumatologist and get evaluated.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I think you should get evaluated by a rheumatologist.
Taking count that you are having leg and groin pain and also taking count that you need knee replacement this situation can be caused by general osteoarthritis.
You may need to take pain medications such naproxen and also may need corticosteroid injection.
The constant pain may have caused you to feel also tired all the time.
I can advise you also to do a total blood count with formula and biochemical blood balance.
Tell me if you have recently done any examinations.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
