I was unable to attach additonal diagnosed conditions and medications.

I have chronic migraines (at least 1 a day for the last two years)
chronic cluster heachaches
Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia
Edhlers-Danols Syndrome
Dysautonomia
Fibromaylgia

Daily Symptoms are extensive, inclusive of chronic photophobia - which is why there might be some spelling mistakes and grammatical errors on here as I am unable to look at a screen and have to type predominately blind.

I have severe tempreature deregulation for which I tae 4000mg of paracetamol daily. However, 3 weeks ago I had fevers of 40C-42C consecutively for 3 days. On the first day of the 42 fever I had 9 hours of severe seizures in which I lost consciousness 8=9 times inbetween episodes. Since then my mobility and speech and cognitive functions have decreased dramatically, I have an increase of cluster headaches (continous for 3 weeks now) and ice picks headaches are multiple times a day whereas before It only happens a few times a month. I have severe neck stiffness and pain as well, and breathing is difficult due to chest pain.

I have just recieved my recent Ward Blood Gases (POCT) results and need some help with interpreitation as I am a novice in this regard.

Consult physician for treatment of headache and migraine

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on Ask A Doctor forum.
I have gone through your history and lab reports
I suggest you to consult your physician for management of cluster headache and migraine.
For rest of the problems, I assume that you are taking treatment.
I also suggest you to take some relaxation techniques for relaxation.

Thanks and take care

Yes, I am already under neurology, rheumatology, endocrinology, cardiology, pain management etc.

My question was not in reference to any of that. I am concerned that my FHHb is +26% and my sO2 was 72% and my other POCT results.

Brief Answer:
High FHHb and low sO2 require oxygen supplementation

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
FHHb of 26% is quite high and sO2 of 72% is very low.
As per these parameters, you need to get oxygen support.
The underlying cause for these values also needs to be known.
I suggest you to consult your physician.

Hi Dr. Shailja Puri,

Thank you for your reply, do you have any idea as to what could have caused these results? I had 8 hours of seizures and lost consciousness 8-9 times during those events. Since then my sense of smell has been altered and I just permanently smell an odor of stale smoke/rotting food which is not present to anyone else and not isolated to one environment. Do you think the seizures could have damaged my OSNs?

Brief Answer:
Seizures and episodes of unconsciousness -probable reason for low O2 sat

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
Seizures and episodes of unconsciousness is probably the reason for low oxygen saturation.
Altered sense of smell could be damage to nerve ends in nasal epithelium.
I suggest you to consult a neurologist for further management.

Thanks and take care
