I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and I would try my best to help you.

I have noted the details of the attached reports. Based on this, MRI brain shows features of brain stroke, due to blockage of blood flow to both sides of brain. This can result in paralysis. In addition, there is brain atrophy (shrinkage of brain) due to old age.
