- Get Covid test done. It could be Rapid test or RT-PCR.
- Isolate yourself in a room with attached washroom. Relax there most of the time, donot watch bad news etc. Should sit adequate sunlight everyday for few hours. Yoga and meditation help deal with stress.
- Dolo or another medicine for fever needed only if fever goes above 101
- Continue steam inhalation
- Watch of SPO2 levels. If it goes less than 90 or you develop chest pain, difficulty in breathing, or any other alarming symptoms, then time to go to doctor
- Keep a stock of medicines like cetirizine, asthalin syrup, amoxi-clav 625mg at home. Cetrizine helps reduce mucous in airways, asthalin helps breath better and amoxi-clav 625mg helps fight bacterial infection that may super-impose a covid lung infection. If Covid test is positive, then these medicines need to be taken. You can revert with test report, so that I can suggest medicines and doses.
- You may also take Tab Kabasur-Kudineer once or twice a day for respiratory problems
