Your report is showing borderline high cholesterol and sugar levels. You have vitamin d3 deficiency too.

I would suggest you to take some multivitamins and do some dieting and exercise. ALT level is high probably due to some underlying infections as your wbc count is also on higher side.

You can take tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for 3 months and cap. Drise 60,000 IU once a week after food for 12 weeks.

Avoily oily and spicy food. Do some brisk walking atleast half an hour every day. Drink lots of water 8 to 10 glasses per day.
