Question : No sore throat/pain but found this today. hangs down too like a tear drop almost when i poke it. I tried to get a pic after being messed with (3rd pic) ideas??

Through reading your query I would like to help you with this question. According to your picture report it could be oropharynx warts. It is related to Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection with HPV types 6,11,16,and 18. Oropharyngeal HPV infection is associated with sexual risk factors. In this case I would recommend you to do HPV DNA sampling or Biopsy to rule out a oropharynx cancer.
