Question : i have regular bowls but after i have wiped myself and washed i seem to have a leek sometimes there is blood what can this be

Thanks for your query.

The leakage of the stool and occasional spotting of blood is not always a sign of cancer.

Such presentation can also be seen in one of the common conditions like haemorrhoids or fissure.

Cancers usually present with severe appetite loss and weight loss.Also the bleeding would be profuse even in the initial stages.

Do get examined , this is the best way to ascertain the diagnosis.Consulting a Proctologist is a best option.
