Question : Noticed 3 painless lumps on uvula. Slight sore throat earlier is better now but lumps don%E2%80%99t hurt. Are these something to worry aboit?

Lumps on uvula can occur in inflammation of the same.

There is no need to worry.

I suggest you to gargle with antiseptic solutions like betadine 3 to 4 times a day for faster recovery

Avoid cold and spicy foods.
