Question : hello, i noticed a runny milky discharge, not on my underwear, but noticed just before i went to the toilet, period due in approx 3-4 days

Thanks for posting your query.
Secretions are normal in female of reproductive of age group.
However if it becomes excessive in amount soaking your underwear or associated with pain & itching, then there is matter of worry.
It is just combination of vaginal & cervical secretions & not associated with ovarian cyst.
