Brief Answer:
Likely to be a benign swelling.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have seen the attached images. It seems that it is just a prominent gland or a blocked opening with some secretion inside. Touching it repeatedly can cause an infection.
In case it is not painful or increasing in size then you need not worry. Otherwise it can be removed surgically and biopsy can confirm the cause.
Hope this answer is helpful.
Any further queries are welcome.
Regards.
