Hello,

Thank you for posting a query.

You have told that you have blood after weeping. The color of blood is bright red. It indicates possibility of lower gastrointestinal bleeding.

Now, it may be a hemorrhoid or any other lesion in lower gastrointestinal tract.

For confirmation, you have to get clinically examined first using a proctoscope. If no definite abnormality is found in that examination , you have to undergo colonoscopy.

The next line of management should be determined after getting the report of colonoscopy.

Till then, take high fiber diet. That means diet containing XXXXXXX leafy vegetables in adequate amount. A stool softener liquid should also be considered.

Lastly, consult with a general surgeon first for clinical examination, for ordering required investigations and also for further management accordingly.

Hope this information suffices. Let me know, if you have any more question.

Regards.
