1. The appearance could be normal urethral mucosa and an examination is needed to see if it is normal or otherwise.
2. If circumcised, dryness is normal and needs to be accepted as a sequel to the procedure.
If not, you may use coconut oil or liquid paraffin (meant for skin use) to keep it moist.
