Question : Do these bumps look like an std? Maybe herpes? I have slight fever and headache. Is this a symptom?

Dear sir,

Thank you for sharing the picture. It looks like an infection of the penis but is not an std. This will resolve on its own within a few days. If it does not resolve within a few days, you can use clotrimazole cream.
