Noticed Lump On Shoulder. What Could It Be?

Question: hi just last nigth i went to the show looked at my sholders then relised i have this lump size of a marbel what could it be ?

Is it painful?
How is overlying skin?Can you pinch overlying skin separate from it?
How does it feel to consistency when pressed?
Are there any other lumps anywhere else?

Mostly commonly such incidentally noted asymptomatic lumps are harmless lipomas, that is focal fatty tissue collection.
