                                            Question : Last week I noticed I have black spots on my testical. I don't know what it is. There is no pain or what so ever.
I decided to apply fucidin around it. It has improves but the black spots still there. Can you help?

These spots are usually not serious except for the color change.
Liquid paraffin meant for skin use may be beneficial if applied locally.
To come to a diagnosis, pls consult a dermatologist.
