Hello, I would be happy to help you with your question.

The possibilities might include:
1. Normal cycle related symptoms (though not normal for you)
2. Mid-cycle pain related to ovulation
3. Pain related to a persistent cyst related to ovulation
4. Pregnancy (you need to take a test)

One of the best ways to evaluate this is with an exam and an ultrasound. Besides a pregnancy test (if you are sexually active), this would be the best way to sort this out.

I hope this helps. Please ask me if you have any additional questions!
