Question : my arms are red kinda like a sunburn started about a year ago and my arms are also getting larger there is no pain

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
The kind of swelling with discoloration and enlarging limb size is suggestive of Lymphedema but can be also due to venous obstruction also.
You should get d-dimer levels and a doppler study of the upper limbs bilaterally.
It is also strongly advised that you should get a physical examination by a physician of your locality.
