Question : Hi,

whenever i go out drinking alcohol (quite alot) i break out into spots 2 days after.

what could this be and what would be the best way to treat it?

i have no known allergies or anything like that

Thanks for your query to XXXXXXX
Spots occurring two days after consuming alcohol is a bit strange but point towards an allergy only.
Alcohol is a known allergen esp wine. Not only alcohol alone can cause allergy but alcohol with food stuffs like sea food, drugs, cheese and mushrooms etc.
If you see a set pattern with Alcohol then it's allergy only.
