Hi, I read your query and i understand your concerns. Following is my reply : 1) Sperm count should be more than 20 million per ml. 2) The IVF results are better if the counts are more. The more the count, better the result. 3) Motility of sperms shluld be more than 50 %. 4) Get sperm washing done. Its also called sperm processing. Post washed semen for IVF can be judged by embryologists if you request same in an IVF centre and they will be able to estimate your sample analysis for IVF cycle. I hope I answered your query.
