O2 Sat Drops To 70 With Mild Activity Around The

Question: O2 sat drops to 70 with mild activity around the house. 90+ resting. Has gotten worse over last several months. In addition to emphysema and fibrosis I have a severely enlarged right ventrocle. I am concerned I may be looking at more of a heart issue

You are having exertional hypoxia (low oxygen saturation).
This is commonly seen with right sided heart failure due to long standing fibrosis am emphysema.
So possibility of heart raleted disease is more likely.

In my opinion, you should definitely get done fresh 2d echo, PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) and CT thorax.
2d echo is needed to rule out worsening of right heart failure.
PFT is needed to rule out worsening of emphysema.
CT thorax is needed to rule out worsening of fibrosis.
