Question : Occasionally I will get a feeling of dread come over me. It’s almost like I can feel it in my heart and stomach. Mentally I know that nothing is wrong, I’m not convinced that anything will happen other than me possibly passing out (I make sure I start breathing deeply till it passes. Once in college I had a seizure. I remember feeling very distinctly that it was a sound that triggered it. Could this sense of dread be a medical warning of me about to pass out, have a seizure etc. it hasn’t happened in years and years now it’s happening with Increased frequency
Brief Answer:
Anxiety-related symptoms.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
The symptoms you are experiencing chest pain, stomach pain, dread feeling, frequent heart rate nay be related to anxiety.
I don't think this may be related to a major health problem or a warning sign for seizures and passing out.
I believe it is related simply to anxiety. You are saying that your anxiety has been well-controlled but it may have started again.
I think you may need to increase the dosage of bupropion after consulting your doctor.
Hope I have answered the question.
