Question : Often get Acid Reflux after Morning Breakfast and while sleeping after dinner or if I do wake up in night.

It's too much when I sleep on the right side.

I do exercises daily and if I do stomach exercises like crunches this seems to aggravate Acid Reflux.
Even climbing the stairs seems to increase this problem.
this sort of acid relux probelm persists atleast for a hour or so which is quit irritating.
Can someone please suggest what I can do ?

Brief Answer:
Proton pump inhibitor...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You need to continue exercise as well as include dietary modifications to treat acid reflux. While you follow it, you can try acid lowering medications such as Cap Nexpro L twice daily, half an hour before food for couple of weeks.

It should help with your symptoms, but if it doesn't then visit a doctor to discuss the condition / cause further.
