Question : Ok i have missed my period this month and i have had sore breasts, nausea as well as the same time cant get full

First of all I can suggest you to do a pregnancy home test if there have passed more than 5 days. Pregnancy is the main cause of delayed period in young woman.
Also sore breasts and nausea can be signs of pregnancy.

I took a hpt and it had a faint line as well as the nausea i have been starving and it seems like every 30 minutes i have the urge to pee
