
Okay, I’ve Had A Mild Cold With Right Side Mild

Question: Okay, I’ve had a mild cold with right side mild sore throat for 6-7 days and now left side.
I’m not to concerned but tonight I cleared my throat and maybe sinus a bit and spit up almost a small worm like pflemn with fresh blood! Freaked me out. I have not had a cough at all and quit smoking 40 years ago. I’m a worrier. Thanks
