My symptoms are: 1) Bleeding gums when brushing, although occasionally just spontaneously. 2) Upon waking I have a brown, sticky film on my tongue with brown saliva. After brushing my teeth this goes away and does not return again until the next morning. 3) Also upon waking I will cough up phlegm that is sticky and yellow in color. This will reoccur two or three times per day, but when it does the color is most often clear or grey 4) I have diarrhea two or three times per week. 5) I have been unusually tired. This has been occurring for approximately three months. Unfortunately I'm not able to send any lab results as the information I have already shared was relayed to me over the phone.

                                    Brief Answer:
From symptoms it looks like some infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your cough and diarrhea with tiredness can be due to some infection. Moreover your total count and platelets count is high so it also favours infection. Your bleeding gums are not serious and mostly due to vitamins deficiency.
You should take antibiotics as well as symptomatic treatment. From your provided reports it looks like non serios condition. So don't worry about that. Just be relaxed. Repeat your complete blood count after a week.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.
