On Aricept For Memory Loss. Have Low BP, Passing Urine In Night. Hormonal Imbalance?

Question : My husband passes out with low blood pressure. His Cardiologist says he has Hormonal Imbalance?????
His is on 3 pills a day plus vitamins. Morning - Aricept 5 Mg. (for 7 years) due to memory loss.
High Blood pressure pill at supper time. And Cholestral pill at bedtime.
Every few weeks or months he has the low blood pressure problem in the morning usually mid morning.
He eats well, sleeps well but must urinate (sometimes several times) at night. He does not drink a lot of water

Passing urine in night - His prostate needs to be checked / as also his sugar and kidney...
Reduce the dose of blood pressure pill / may change? / Postural hypotension is a possibility
Aricept is generally given for Alzheimer...
