Question: hi, i am on octagam for myasthenia gravis, i am having dizzy spells, its like my head floats in the night i have had the rooom spin. is this from the drip thank you XXXXXXX kapp i do take atacand for high blood pressure

You are right. Cases have been reported where it says Octagam causes something called Aseptic Meningitis syndrome (AMS). It is characeterized by dizzy spells, severe headache, painful eye movements, nausea and vomiting.
Exactly like what you experienced, is what happens after administration of Octagam. This would stop within a few days of stopping the drug.
Please discuss about this with your treating doctor. Continue to take atacand for your high blood pressure.
