Question : I am currently in Phase II of the HCG diet and I need a cortisone injection shot in my back for a herniated disc. Can I do the cortisone injection now, or should I wait until Phase II is done?

Thanks for posting your query.
While taking HCG diet, you can take a local steroid injection in your back for prolapsed disc. The local injection of cortisone given in the back has a local good health.
