Question : One of my friend has a shock like experience up his Spine cord momentarily and he is not able to move for few minutes. can you please assist on what could the issue be?

Well, it's not clear from this description what happened exactly during that moment...However, it could be due to several reasons (starting from simple muscle/ligament sprain to sudden onset pinched nerve ending to even seizure disorder)...

Just one single episode doesn't carry much significance...However, if it persists, he needs to get himself clinically examined by a doctor (preferably a Neurologist) to determine the further course of action...So, he should be kept under strict supervision for the time being...
