Brief Answer:
Furuncle, oral and topical antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached pictures.
It is looking like folliculitis which is inflammation of the hair follicles.
I would recommend you to take a course of oral and topical antibiotic.
I would recommend you to take tablet linezolid 600 mg twice daily for 7 days and apply mupirocin cream on the affected areas twice daily for 7 days. This will resolve the problem.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
