Question : One week ago today, I fractured my 10th rib, right side, just under my breast. (Was reaching into our big outside trash bin for my keys and when I put all my weight on my ribcage, I heard a crack). Went to Urgent Care, 4 x-rays, no internal lacerations, etc. However, I am now having terrible bloating in my abdomen and ribcage and don't know why or what to do about it. Cracked rib itself is quite painful but I know that there's really not much to be done about that except pain management. The bloating etc. is completely unexpected though. Please help.

                                    Brief Answer:
You should be investigated.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
In case of Trauma, both Thorax and abdomen are to be examined.
As you said, rib fracture doesn't need any extra treatment except for pain killers.
If there is no Vomiting, Constipation then nothing to worry about Abdomen. If both are present, then plain X-ray Abdomen in erect posture and Ultrasound abdomen has to be done.
Please take small frequent feeds.
Please stop Ibuprofen as it may lead to complications. Instead, take Tramadol tablet twice daily after food for pain.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify further
Wish you good health and speedy recovery
Regards
