                                    Brief Answer:
Mostly fragments of the stone have impacted in Ureter
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query. Based on the facts that you have shared you have undergone ESWL for Right Renal Calculus and now getting severe pain in loin and hematuria
This is most likely to be due to fragments of the stone have lodged in the Ureter causing obstruction to the flow of Urine from kidney into bladder .
This is very common after lithotripsy.
Please get your Ultrasound Scanning of Abdomen done .
Start
1) Antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin twice daily
2) Tab Tomsulosin once daily
3) Tab Drotoverin twice daily
Ensure to drink more water
Normally this gets resolved in 2-3 days.
Thanks and Regards
