Question : We have a 2 year old foster child. Child was placed with us last week on an emergency basis. Child came from meth addicted parents, highly contaminated house. Our concern child has extremely foul smelling feces and urine, is this related to the meth exposure?

The foul smelling feces and urine may be related to environmental exposure to methamphetamine .
I think that the smell should get better within days.
If the smell doesn't go in a week or so you should get him tested for urine and stools infection caused possibly by neglecting his hygiene previously.
