Question : Our weather just turned hot and humid, I get short of breath unless I’m in air conditioning? My heart in good shape stress test 3 months ago.

I read your query and here is my advice.

I don't think this difficulty breathing in hot weather can be caused by heart conditions but can be caused by lung conditions. Probably you may be suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma or emphysema and the condition is stabilised unless in hot weather.
I think you should do a spirometry to check lungs function.
Avoiding hot weather may be a solution.
