There is possibility of retrograde ejaculation
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.
Although the provided information lacks proper details but the available information indicates that there is either retrograde ejaculation or blockage of vas deference.
Citalopram is generally responsible for lack of orgasm but this is not the case. In your case there is enough sensation which points toward orgasm but absence of ejaculation indicates that there is probably retrograde ejaculation, which means the sperms are pushed backward instead of forward or there is blockage of passage of semen at some level.
Both the condition are not related to use of citalopram or any of antidepressants.
I hope this helps you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards.

We need to find out which one is true
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for follow up.
Since we narrowed down two possibilities for the lack of ejaculation, now we need to confirm which of them is applicable for you to reverse the condition.
For doing so I request you to visit a Urologist in your city. He may order some tests such as urine analysis, imaging of male genitalia tubules among others.
The tests will confirm the cause and the available treatment can be started for same.
I like to inform you that use of Citalopram for three days is unlikely cause for lack of ejaculation.
I hope this helps you further.
Thanks again.
