P500 Syrup 5 ML In The Last 4 Days, The Fever Is Not Going Above 100.7
Question: My son 5 year old, weight : 17 Kg, Height : 3 ft, is having fever from last 3 days. In the last 4 days, the fever is not going above 100.7.
He also has mild Cold and Cough.
Currently we are giving P500 syrup ( paracetamol ) , 5 ML.
Can you please suggest, what we do next ?

If he is otherwise active and playful, we need not worry- this might be a flu
Give him 2.5ml of P500 syrup for fever (3-4 times /day) for next 2 more days.
Also, give Sy Asthalin(2mg/5ml) 6ml 3 times daily and Sy Levocet(2.5mg/5ml) at night for 5 days. Use Saline nasal drops to relieve any nasal congestion.
Let him take rest, drink enough fluids and have a soft diet.
With these measures, he might be ok in 2-3 days. If not, we can evaluate further
