After reviewing the medical details and the ecg report attached by you I would like to tell you that it’s a sinus rhythm ecg with bradycardia and Twave inversion in leads III, avf, and lead v2 to v4.
These twave inversions could be due to ischemia so it needs evaluation in the form of echo and stress test for further evaluation and to asses underlying coronary artery status.
