More details required including your age associated diseases and history of trauma.
As of now you can use analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/seratiopeptdase for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedic and get evaluated.
An X-ray can be taken to look for trivial fracture or contusion.
