Question : Pain in Right Eye from last 3 days. I fell something in my eye but found nothing. It's partially red on the nose side corner.

Hello,

Thanks for posting your query. It looks like a viral conjunctivitis.
You can take the following medicines:
Tobramycin 1% eye drops 2 drops for each eye every 6 hours for 7 days.
Tab. Atarax 10 mg once in the night if there is itchiness of eyes.
