When did it start?
How did it start?
How bad is headache?
How bad is sleeping feeling?
Do you have high blood pressure?
You can take Tab Ibuprofen 200 mg . I can suggest better if you send details.
If your headache is bad, it is better to get CT scan of head and spine done under a doctor's guidance.
