Brief Answer:
Temporomandibular joint disorder
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting the query
I have examined the image thoroughly. I am of the opinion that you are having the Temporomandibular Joint Disorder.
In this condition, there would be swelling in the joint as well as spasm of the muscles surrounding the joint causing earache and headache.
Home remedies can be tried initially, such as, giving rest for the affected joint, using anti inflammatory gel around the joint and also taking some anti inflammatory medicines such as diclofenac or ibuprofen.
The joint should be rested by trying to chew on the opposite side and only soft food for at least a week.
If the pain worsens or you don’t see any respite, then, you should consult an apt Stomatologist or a Maxillofacial Surgeon.
Hope this answers your query; revert back to me if you have any follow-up queries.
