Question: I have a dull pain in my chest with a dull pain in my right arm and sametime in my left arm

Thanks for your query.

Dull pain in the chest most of times could be either due to acid peptic disease or lung pathology.Since there is considerable overlapping of nerves in the chest and upper limbs the pain in chest can be referred to the upper limbs.

The exact cause of the chest pain has to be evaluated with a history and detailed examination.

I would like to know some more details on your problem to opine specifically,

Since when do you have the pain ?
Do you have cough ?
Do you feel dizzy ?
Do you have gas or burps a lot ?
Is there any change in the pain with respect to food consumption ?
