I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

Headache is usually a stand-alone illness caused by the problems/overactivity/chemical imbalances/changes in chemical activity in the structures present in head which includes nerve roots,blood vessels,axonal junctions and muscles..
Some food items and alcohol are related to causation of headache.
It may be due to sleep deprivation or due to stress and anxiety.
It may be due to continued strain on eyes due to watching computer,TV XXXXXXX screens for long periods.
Prolonged fasting also triggers it.

You can take NSADs like paracetamol and Acetaminophen for pain relief.
You can take a cup of strong coffee as caffeine has a treating role.

If the issue persists,see your clinician for further evaluation and management.
