Thanks for nice query.

Drinking too much alcohol generally don`t cause testicular pain,until lying post alcohol in bad posture for long time which causes compression of testicles.

So there can be some other cause of testicular pain.

It there any swelling or redness of testicles.

Most common cause at this age is some infection .

Simple analgesic is sufficient if it is post alcoholic pain.

Otherwise examination by local doctor is worth consideration.
