Brief Answer:
Low back pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The first thing I would want to ask is how long you have had the pain in your lower back, and whether you have had any trauma that started it. Other than this, I would want to make sure you don't have any weight loss, fever, or neurological problems, such as inability to control your bowels or bladder, or weakness or numbness in the legs. If not, the most common cause of lower back pain would be musculoskeletal pain, such as from muscle strain, and depending on how long you have had the pain, the usual initial treatment would be to maintain activity as tolerated, apply heating pads to the area, and start an exercise program for lower back pain. You can also use acetaminophen or Ibuprofen, and if these do not control the pain well, other medications such as duloxetine or tramadol could be considered.

Please let me know if you can provide more information about your lower back pain, and perhaps I can give more specific advise for your situation. Please also let me know if you have any other questions, I would be glad to help in any way I can.
Thanks.
