Question : Pain while passing stool
Itching sensation around the anus
Itching sensation around the anus
Brief Answer:
Pain while Passing stools indicates a probable fissure. Need to check
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to ask a Doctor Service
Pain while passing stools indicates that the anal canal mucosa is most likely torn or ulcerated, this Can be Confirmed by doing a per rectal examination, I would arise you to consult a local general Surgeon and proceed further
For the time being I suggest you take a laxative Such as Cremaffine twice a day and apply a soothing cream such as Oint. Smuth inside the anus.
It is best to take treatment only after being examined by a Surgeon.
I hope this information will be helpful
Best wishes.
