Question : I am a 51 year old female. I just noticed that I have a soft spot on the top of my head pretty close to the middle front. It is painless. Any suggestions?

A soft spot on the top of the head might be an un-united skull suture. This is just a physiological variation and is not indicative of any pathology.
Please do not worry.
