Hello and thank you for your query.

I understand you are likely frustrated with a decrease in desire for sex in te part if your wife. The cause can be any of a number considerations.

You must consider:
1) depression
2) hormone imbalance - thyroid or estrogen/progesterone
3) relationship stress
4) external stresses - demands of family
Or job

I suggest she visit with her physician for a complete exam and possibly some screening bloodwork to make sure there is no underlying medical problem.
