Question : Past couple of weeks discomfort in urethra now I have the need to urinate even without drinking no UTI no infection or STD went to dr and nothing has been done what can be causing these symptom

I suggest you to take symptomatic treatment with a urinary analgesic e.g phenazopyridine (pyridium) for a few days. It would help reduce symptoms of burning and pain. Take care
