Question : Penis discoloration. Issue began about 2- 3 weeks ago. The areas with discoloration are also often times “sticky”.

Background - std test clean. But i still have dysuria and this discoloration. Skin feels irritated

Though this is pretty much normal but this could be Acanthosis Nigricans which is dark and velvety texture of skin at certain sites like neck, genitalia, elbows, knuckles and sometimes penis. This could be related to overweight issues- as it leads to insulin intolerance which in turn can lead to skin changes such as these
